•Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts, partnering with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product solutions across Salesforce product lines.
•Engage in business development, operations and IT strategy work, and deliver executive-level product demonstrations as a trusted advisor.
•Perform Business Problem Solving by defining problems, generating ideas, identifying opportunities, and recommending practical next steps.
•Lead Innovation Management by evaluating solution options and driving governance processes that deliver ongoing value beyond a single engagement.
•Demonstrate connected experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping, build customer journey strategies, and develop long-term IT roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS
•Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
•Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
•Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments
•Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
