Key Responsibilities

  • •Support executive leadership as a business support interface to drive business execution and capability enhancement.
  • •Coordinate artifacts, presentations, and content shared with senior executives and customers.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations and meetings, including facilitating structured data call processes with stakeholders.
  • •Lead a high-performing team with a focus on execution, coaching, and developing leaders and team members.
  • •Analyze, execute, and continuously improve the management system; track actions to resolution and update operating tools and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •3+ years of experience working with executive leadership.
  • •3+ years of direct experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management, or business operations role.
  • •3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion.
  • •Ability to complete the required selection assessment as part of the selection process.
