Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the optimization and modernization of UHPC and precast production processes
  • •Develop and implement automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives
  • •Analyze production data to improve throughput, quality, and resource utilization
  • •Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align manufacturing with project requirements
  • •Support the development of scalable systems to meet growing project demands

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, process-driven manufacturing environment
  • •Strong expertise in: Process simulation and optimization, Automation and digitization of manufacturing systems, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies, Data-driven performance analysis and workflow optimization
  • •A systems thinker capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions
  • •Willingness and ability to work on-site across production facilities in the UAE
