Key Responsibilities

  • •Train employees on various positions throughout the production environment.
  • •Coordinate new hire trainings and orientations with EHS, HR, and the Dojo team.
  • •Introduce new hires to the area and line requirements, including PPE, line tour, evacuation plan, QaS, quality policy, MDI elements, Standard Work, JBS’s, and job duties.
  • •Evaluate trainee performance, enter data electronically, and complete training evaluations.
  • •Assess facility training needs, create training content for gaps, and teach advanced training classes (e.g., Proof Booth, Wire Excellence).
