•Ensure consistent Pandora standards in product presentation, commercial objectives, and customer service excellence.
•Assist in organizing staff schedules based on productivity goals and store needs.
•Lead Visual Merchandising campaigns and train the team to deliver best-in-class store experience.

Key Requirements

•Retail specialist with a strong customer service orientation.
•Ability to monitor daily sales, KPIs and stock levels, and to implement action plans.
•Experience organizing team schedules to meet productivity targets.
•Proficiency in basic office tools and data entry for reporting.
•Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and coaching skills to guide store staff.
