Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the commercial research strategy and sponsor/CRO business development pipeline.
  • •Establish and manage commercial research operations, including feasibility, contracting, budgeting, and study start-up.
  • •Develop the real-world evidence (RWE) and health-data partnership offering.
  • •Manage the financial performance of the commercial research portfolio.
  • •Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and investigator and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, life sciences, or a related discipline.
  • •8–10 years in clinical research, including at least 5 years in industry-sponsored clinical trials within a CRO/pharma/medical device sponsor, SМО, or provider-based commercial research office.
  • •Demonstrable experience in sponsor-facing business development, study feasibility, and contract and budget negotiation.
  • •Communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to manage investigator and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements for research and sponsorships and experience managing trial operations using clinical trials management systems and electronic data capture.
