  • •Support the Regional Contracting Manager and Area General Manager in delivering business results and department vision.
  • •Directly supervise contracting fulfillment Project Management and Technician personnel, including employee reviews and performance objectives.
  • •Support sales teams in discovering and developing new contracting opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
  • •Review and validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis and prior experience to ensure proper costs and constructability.
  • •Oversee project financial performance from inception to completion, lead risk mitigation and project closeout reviews, and maintain a safety-first culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • •Knowledge of contracting processes for building automation, mechanical/HVAC systems, and performance contracting projects.
