Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary strategic bridge between global functional departments and local Driver Operations to drive alignment and cross-functional execution.
•Own and refine operational pillars including driver acquisition, driver onboarding funnel, and fleet; scale local successes into global standards and SOPs.
•Build and continuously optimize SOPs and operational processes to drive global efficiency.
•Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to diagnose operational bottlenecks and champion actionable solutions from planning to execution.
•Lead complex, multi-market operational projects, partnering across stakeholders to improve driver efficiency and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Degree holder in any disciplines.
•At least 5 years of experience in a fast-moving environment, with e-commerce or delivery platform experience a plus.
•Ability to communicate effectively across different regions.
•Proven analytical, data-driven project management success; Excel knowledge is highly preferred.
•Proficiency in written and spoken English.
