Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide reliable onsite and remote technical support for Dublin/EMEA employees across hardware, software, connectivity, SaaS tools, conference room AV, and internal events.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle and asset workflows including account provisioning, device preparation, inventory hygiene, procurement coordination, returns, repairs, and deprovisioning.
  • •Improve SOPs, knowledge and self-service resources, and handoffs to strengthen EMEA workplace IT operations.
  • •Identify and improve recurring support workflows (onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, device setup, self-service) using AI or lightweight automation.
  • •Collaborate with Workplace, People, Security, DART, and global IT teams on access, endpoint, and security-adjacent workflows, escalating appropriately to maintain controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional fluency in English to support Dublin employees and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
  • •Hands-on workplace IT support experience across macOS and Windows laptops, iOS and Android devices, conference room AV, peripherals, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
  • •Experience supporting SaaS, identity, collaboration, and endpoint management tools including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Fleet.
  • •Understand ITSM principles and familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Atlassian, Zendesk, or Notion.
  • •Strong operational judgment around access, endpoint hygiene, documentation, IT compliance, and security-minded escalation (with Corp Security, DART, or global IT).
