Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of specialists managing the customer relationship, meeting customer needs and driving business results.
  • •Align team resources and workloads to maximize customer and employee experience while adhering to metrics and standard work processes.
  • •Coach corrective action, investigate root causes for repetitive errors, and eliminate non-conformances.
  • •Build organizational capability through recruitment, development, and retention with manager support (performance reviews, goal objectives, reviews, succession plans).
  • •Oversee order management and customer communications; partner with sales on customer presentations; serve as first point of escalation for customer issues and work with other functions to resolve.
  • •Support complex service models (sub-contract, consignment, VMI, export) and identify trends using department metrics.
