Job Summary

Manage and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS) governing cybersecurity certification schemes in NISCF. Ensure internal processes comply with relevant national and international regulations, review the quality of technical certification content, and drive corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings. Plan and conduct internal audits and scheme management reviews, maintain accurate documentation/records, and guide CB team members with Common Criteria expertise and complex evaluation recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, implement, monitor, improve, and maintain the QMS for cybersecurity certification schemes in NISCF.
•Ensure internal processes comply with relevant national and international regulations and guidelines, and review the quality of technical content.
•Oversee documentation and record-keeping to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
•Plan and conduct internal audits and scheme management review meetings to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
•Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities, track requirement changes, and advise CB team members on complex evaluations and certification recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree-level qualification in IT, information security, or related field, ideally focused on security domains.
•10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior IT/Information Security/Cyber Security Auditor and/or in risk management or information security management.
•Certification from a recognized Common Criteria certification body and previous experience as a certifier is desired.
•Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
•Strong understanding of Common Criteria standards and competence/impartiality principles, with audit, documentation, reporting, and risk assessment/gap analysis experience.
