Automotive Shop Foreman / Shop Lead

Lead a team of hourly associates in a Carvana Inspection Center to safely move vehicles through the reconditioning process and consistently hit production and quality targets. Oversee day-to-day shop operations, coach and performance-manage team members, and ensure adherence to policies and quality control standards. Review mechanical and physical defects, approve repair/reject decisions, and support first-time repair completion while minimizing rework and safety risks.
