Job Summary

Deliver a large-scale KYC/AML review and remediation program for Swiss banking and wealth/asset management clients. Perform client file reviews and quality checks, conduct Wealth Management KYC and AML analysis, and drive remediation for special or non-standard cases by escalating to stakeholders. Contribute to regulatory and compliance transformation work and support Capco’s marketing efforts in the wealth, asset management, and risk/compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in strategic transformation projects in Swiss banking and wealth/asset management with a focus on regulatory and compliance topics.
•Perform client file reviews and quality checks in the banking industry.
•Conduct comprehensive Wealth Management KYC and AML analysis and drive client file remediation as needed.
•Handle special cases and non-standard situations by discussing, reporting, and escalating complex cases with stakeholders.
•Contribute to Capco’s marketing efforts in the Wealth and Asset Management domain and the Risk & Compliance area.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of relevant compliance experience (client onboarding, client review, client investigation, compliance controls) in banks/wealth managers or other consulting firms.
•Ideally experience reviewing KYC client files in private banking/wealth management or corporate/institutional banking.
•Profound understanding of wealth structuring from client reviews or experience in wealth planning.
•Strong service orientation and stakeholder management experience with client advisory and front compliance teams.
•Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
