Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the 12-month FAST program with rotations across Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.
  • •Learn to work with customers to solve technical challenges and maximize revenue with systems-level solutions aligned to design needs.
  • •Analyze technical trade-offs, component selection, and design/cost challenges to support customer outcomes.
  • •Develop skills to scale actions across sectors/customers and contribute to more efficient sales processes.
  • •As an FAE, use sales tools and relationships with design engineering to identify projects and provide proactive proposals for complete system-level solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
  • •Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
