Key Responsibilities

  • •Functionally lead the project PMO cell (about 4 people) and deploy PM practices while supporting change with dedicated AI solutions linked to the central group PMO.
  • •Structure the program using WBS, planning, risks and opportunities, ensuring complete data coverage for the Offer/Project transition.
  • •Update and consolidate planning and steer meetings, analyzing schedule variances and proposing measures to reduce gaps.
  • •Finance control: update and verify cost-to-completion and remaining financial work for lots and the program, pilot EVM, consolidate revenue (IFRS15), and control cash objectives.
  • •Lead follow-up and consolidation of risks and opportunities and drive reporting: maintain KPIs, produce reports, support PM for progress reviews, raise alerts, and track action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of successful experience in PMO/project management for complex systems, including roles such as PMO, Project Manager, lot owner, and leading a team.
  • •Ability to set up and run core PMO project missions: planning, financial management, reporting, risk follow-up, and EVM.
  • •Knowledge of project management and associated tools: Primavera, MSProject, SAP, and MS Office.
  • •Capacity to support change in practices and tools, including adoption of PMO solutions.
  • •Good written and spoken English, with team animation skills and the ability to interact with senior management and tailor reporting to the audience.
