Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage recruitment processes, service standards, and recruitment turnaround times.
  • •Establish and support Employment Equity forums, initiatives, meetings, and diversity programs; track progress and submit statutory reports.
  • •Advise management on organisational restructuring and change processes, including preparation and facilitation of consultations.
  • •Create and drive HR and industrial relations strategy, policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • •Manage employee relations and exit processes, including absenteeism, injury on duty (IOD), performance/incapacity processes, and employee investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and coordinate HR, employment relations, and employment equity initiatives while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with Heads of Department and supporting external candidates.
