Key Responsibilities

•Manage and/or self-perform a wide range of hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients.
•Collaborate with licensed professionals and regulatory specialists on surveys, abatement design, and remediation.
•Provide technical/regulatory leadership for projects across New England, the US, and internationally.
•Develop proposals with scope, budgets, and schedules for survey/design/abatement and other industrial hygiene projects.
•Review and oversee technical work and field activities to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 8 years of experience in hazardous building materials (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
•Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience
•40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
•EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification
•New England State licenses/certifications pertaining to asbestos (MA, ME, NH, CT) or eligible to obtain such licenses
