Key Responsibilities

  • •Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver state-of-the-art creation experiences.
  • •Build world-class backend products end-to-end with strong usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
  • •Ensure creation experiences for 100M-level UGC users and 10M-level designers.
  • •Construct an AI-native service ecosystem and development workflow.
  • •Build an agent system for intelligent creation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building backend services for large-scale, consumer-facing applications.
  • •Strong understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • •Experience with modern distributed system architecture.
