Own the end-to-end Affluent segment experience in Chile, from invitation through onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Deliver a differentiated value proposition via premium benefits, curated experiences, and high-touch service orchestrated across client touchpoints. Lead vendor and partner ecosystems, define SLAs and governance, track KPIs for satisfaction and service performance, and drive continuous improvements through data and feedback while coordinating cross-functionally.

•Own the full Affluent journey: invitation, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
•Ensure consistency between product promise, benefits delivery, and client experience.
•Lead execution of premium benefits and curated experiences across key categories.
•Manage strategic vendors and partners, defining and enforcing SLAs, quality controls, and governance frameworks.
•Develop high-touch service strategies across interaction points (call centers, concierge services, and digital channels) and drive continuous improvement using KPIs and data.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in premium products, customer experience, or service design.
•Experience managing vendor ecosystems and delivering high-quality execution.
•Proven ability to lead end-to-end customer experience initiatives.
•Experience with affluent or premium segments (preferred).
•Fluency in English and Spanish required.
