Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end global compensation strategy, including categorizing customer errors and determining compensation across markets, brands, and contact channels.
  • •Design and evolve the compensation engine with rules, thresholds, segmentation logic, and automation frameworks in partnership with Tech.
  • •Set the global roadmap for compensation experimentation (A/B testing) and define success criteria and evidence standards for rollout.
  • •Steward the global compensation P&L, track spend by market/error segment/channel, and address financial leakage and cost governance.
  • •Lead global fraud and abuse prevention governance and drive adoption of compensation and policy changes across markets through stakeholder accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification required.
  • •8–12 years of progressive experience in customer strategy, pricing, operations, or a closely adjacent domain in global, multi-market environments.
  • •Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis to build and pressure-test analytical models for policy decisions.
  • •Fluency with experimentation methodology (test design, statistical significance, holdout analysis) and translating results into durable policy.
  • •Demonstrated track record owning a financially significant operational lever and leading/developing teams.
