Key Responsibilities

  • •Create multiple transformer proposals daily from customer RFQs, specifications, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • •Review specifications to confirm requirements, product fit, pricing features, lead times, and identify exceptions, alternatives, and special testing/documentation needs.
  • •Process multiple orders daily by verifying purchase orders against proposals, resolving discrepancies, assembling engineering documentation, and managing customer change orders.
  • •Approve and negotiate pricing within established guidelines using competitive feedback and market knowledge.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and support customers/agents, participate in quotation program improvements, and apply lean tools while maintaining standards knowledge (ANSI, IEEE, CSA, NEMA).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •One (1) year of engineering, product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposals experience.
  • •Knowledge of electric power distribution transformers and their components/accessories.
  • •Knowledge of typical applications, equipment, systems and standards for electric power distribution transformers.
  • •Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication with attention to detail and the ability to balance priorities to meet deadlines.
