Job Summary

Analytical finance role supporting the North America Supply Chain Finance team. You’ll deliver accurate financial reporting, assist budgeting and forecasting, build detailed financial models, provide cross-functional insights to drive efficiency, and develop dashboards to track performance, enabling data-driven decisions across multiple locations and the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
•Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles to align with strategic objectives.
•Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports to assist decision-making and drive financial transparency.
•Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
•Produce financial dashboards, KPIs, and other business intelligence tools to track performance and support business goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
•2+ years of analytical or finance business partnering experience
•Strong Excel skills and experience building reports or dashboards
•Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
•Preferred: experience with Power BI, SAP, Business Objects, QlikView; Hyperion forecasting tools; experience in supply chain or operations environments
