Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver customers’ vehicles to their door using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while maintaining safe driving standards and completing required customer paperwork. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler and vehicles to ensure they’re safe to drive, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. The role includes a 11am–9pm shift with availability across 7 days per week and performance-based pay growth.
