Lead and deliver highly complex, technical projects within the real estate and construction sectors. •Lead and manage larger multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex projects and programs.
•Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
•Proactively manage the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
•Prepare project management plans, programs, budgets and other key deliverables.
•Review project plans, scheduling, cost-saving measures, and potential construction problems; manage timelines, risks and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Currently in Townsville or relocating with full Australian Working Rights.
•A recognised degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture.
•Experience on government, hospitals/health, commercial or education projects.
•Project management experience delivering highly complex and technical projects.
•Advanced Microsoft skills; Primavera experience is highly regarded; excellent report and bid writing; strong leadership and client-focused delivering.
