Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on payment regulation and broader regulatory frameworks, including digital regulation, product compliance, and consumer protection.
  • •Track and assess existing and new requirements for the Farfetch Group and advise on implementation.
  • •Identify, monitor, and evaluate regulatory risks and enforcement trends, and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • •Develop strategies for engagement with relevant regulators and advise on commercial matters, including contractual agreements with partners and payment processors.
  • •Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts and legal documentation; liaise with external law firms and support the regulatory legal team and business in remaining compliant.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • •Ability to understand nuances and translate complex requirements into commercial, pragmatic, concise advice for a global business.
