Key Responsibilities

•Lead Silver Sneakers classes in the AM, Monday through Friday, with an average of 25-40 participants.
•Demonstrate exercises, provide modifications for different fitness levels, and ensure safety during sessions.
•Maintain a welcoming and engaging class atmosphere to support participant participation and progress.
•Coordinate class logistics, including set up of equipment and keeping the space organized.
•Collaborate with community center staff to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Requirements

•Must have at least one Silver Sneakers certification.
•Must have CPR/AED/First Aid.
•Knowledge and experience of other group exercise class formats.
•Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred).
•Township Clearances Not required, but preferred.
