Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Silver Sneakers classes in the AM, Monday through Friday, with an average of 25-40 participants.
  • •Demonstrate exercises, provide modifications for different fitness levels, and ensure safety during sessions.
  • •Maintain a welcoming and engaging class atmosphere to support participant participation and progress.
  • •Coordinate class logistics, including set up of equipment and keeping the space organized.
  • •Collaborate with community center staff to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least one Silver Sneakers certification.
  • •Must have CPR/AED/First Aid.
  • •Knowledge and experience of other group exercise class formats.
  • •Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred).
  • •Township Clearances Not required, but preferred.
