Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules for powerplant systems.
•Provide technical expertise and guidance for powerplant maintenance and engineering issues.
•Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturer requirements.
•Manage a team of engineers and technicians to carry out maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
•Monitor and analyze performance data and collaborate with other departments to identify improvements and minimize downtime.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
•At least 7 years of experience in aircraft powerplant maintenance and engineering, in a leadership role.
•Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards for aircraft powerplant systems.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose powerplant-related issues.
•Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
