Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the process for developing new business by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • •Manage delivery of professional project management, cost management, and project controls consultancy services for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring compliance with methodologies and client satisfaction.
  • •Staff management: identify resource needs, conduct recruitment interviews, and perform staff performance reviews, including hiring/firing decisions.
  • •Financial management: oversee and track margin levels; maintain monthly fee and resource forecasts; manage team use of financial management systems.
  • •Direct the Cost Center Team’s compliance with business management systems, including risk management reviews of contracts, NDA/insurances, anti-bribery and corruption, and health & safety procedures.
