Assistant Service Manager, Millbrae

Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day operations at the Lucid Service Center in Millbrae, leading advisors, technicians, service assistants, and parts staff. Ensure work orders are accurate and complete, monitor repair flow to deliver exceptional customer experience, manage schedules and timecards, and perform quality control checks. Support training, performance management, compliance with industry standards, and timely resolution of people and safety issues.
