Support the Operations or Plant Manager by coordinating scheduling, inventory, and purchasing of raw materials and supplies. Maintain communication across production and purchasing, help manage inventory levels, assist with safety training, and participate in physical inventories.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales order releases for capacity planning and material requirements.
•Issue production schedules to plants to maximize capacity and ensure on-time customer delivery.
•Advise on shipping information and delivery dates, and maintain communication on material status and production planning issues.
•Support inventory management, including participating in physical inventories and coordinating material unloading.
•Order parts and supplies in the Purchasing System and assist Operations and EH&S Managers with safety training as needed.
