Job Summary

Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday platform for business, functional, and technical needs. Partner with Group and Site HR and IT on change requests, issue resolution, and impact analysis. Support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, custom RaaS solutions), monitor secure data transfer and compliance, and build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Provide L3/L4 support and help drive permanent fixes through root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain Workday SKUs, ensuring functionality is optimized to meet business needs.
•Partner with Group and Site HR and IT to handle change requests, issue resolution, and impact analysis for configuration changes.
•Support integrations for performance and escalate failures, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and custom RaaS inbound/outbound solutions.
•Develop and maintain advanced custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and composite reports for regulatory, payroll, and management reporting.
•Provide L3/L4 support for Workday issues, investigate root causes, and implement permanent fixes.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience supporting Workday in a functional and/or technical capacity.
•Strong understanding of Workday configuration concepts.
•Experience with business process frameworks, security model, and reporting/calculated fields.
•Good understanding of integrations and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
•Degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; relevant Workday training/certifications (HCM and Reporting) preferred.
