Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare client presentations and portfolio materials; create custom asset allocations and review performance for accuracy ahead of meetings.
  • •Communicate with clients and Portfolio Advisors on requests; obtain information to facilitate service changes and process transactions.
  • •Process client cash requests, determine accounts to raise funds, and submit trades for approval; process trades by established deadlines.
  • •Analyze accounts against investment guidelines, rebalance portfolios with Portfolio Advisor guidance, and proactively manage investment objective letters.
  • •Maintain required documentation and participate in the team’s monthly compliance (REV) meeting; run reports and coordinate tax cost issue corrections.

  • •Ability to prepare client presentations and ensure all portfolio materials are ready for client meetings.

  • •Ability to research tax cost issues and work with the tax department to correct discrepancies and verify adjustments on client accounts.
