Job Summary

Oversee daily dispatch operations to maximize trip efficiency and productivity. Assign drivers to vehicles and trips based on availability and performance, monitor punctuality and policy adherence, and resolve driver or customer issues. Manage trip documentation (invoices, open/close trips, cash collections), maintain vehicle/service equipment and inventory items, track fuel and vehicle performance, and prepare weekly and monthly transaction reports while using ERP and fleet scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Set/update limo price lists and negotiate prices with suppliers; participate in bids and submit quotations.
•Plan and coordinate trips, assign drivers to vehicles and trips based on availability and performance, and monitor punctuality and policy adherence.
•Address driver complaints and resolve conflicts; ensure customer satisfaction according to company guidelines.
•Submit invoices to finance, open/close trips, provide weekly and monthly transaction reports, and collect cash payments with timely bank deposits and documentation.
•Train new joiners on progress and systems; track fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle performance, and manage trip-related service items and driver devices/equipment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Ability to use scheduling or fleet management software and other role-related systems.
•Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems quickly.
