Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact consulting projects for Visa clients in Brazil within the VCA Digital Practices team. You’ll assess clients’ digital readiness, design roadmaps for digital transformation, and streamline advisory execution using continuous process automation. Partner with internal Visa teams and collaborate with the fintech ecosystem to deliver solutions that improve profitability, growth, customer experience, and risk management—supporting financial institutions and issuing banks.

Key Responsibilities

•Take charge of consulting project execution from conception through completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget expectations.
•Develop frameworks and strategies to assess clients’ digital readiness and design actionable roadmaps aligned to digital transformation objectives.
•Streamline advisory delivery through continuous process automation to improve efficiency, output quality, and customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with Visa functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and holistic project implementation.
•Identify client needs by monitoring digital industry trends and maintaining communication with stakeholders; support clients’ adoption of Visa digital products and services.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD), OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
•Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a quantitative field such as engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, or finance.
•5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or similar.
•Strong analytical skills and demonstrated intellectual/analytical rigor, with problem-solving focused on incremental growth and card/payment P&L understanding.
•Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; English and Spanish.
