Oversee 2nd-shift production to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe workplace. Check daily production orders, ensure proper staffing before line start, and monitor machinery performance and USDA inspection readiness. Manage inventory rotation and product coding, keep records for reworked/returned items, and drive continuous quality education. Lead training and retention efforts, counsel team members on issues, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve processing problems.
