Key Responsibilities

  • •Give physical or virtual hardware demos of the Project Swan headset line and communicate the PICO developer ecosystem value proposition.
  • •Coordinate pre-release device logistics and hardware distribution tracking across global office networks.
  • •Co-write, edit, and publish developer announcements, technical blog updates, and ecosystem news; manage X and LinkedIn channels.
  • •Moderate, scale, and daily manage the official developer Discord server and support community engagement.
  • •Travel to support developers at hackathons and activations, gather feedback from PICO documentation, and route technical support questions to engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate, master’s, or PhD in computer science or a related AI discipline.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Prior exposure to web development (HTML/CSS/React) and/or XR/OpenXR environments, or the Android Kotlin SDK is a plus.
  • •Highly organized and empathetic, with a developer-first mindset focused on improving the platform experience.
  • •Highly proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets/Notion) and logistical workflow execution with strong attention to detail.
