  • •Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing.
  • •Ensure compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
  • •Educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
  • •Listen to customers to identify personal or business goals and match them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius and adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends.
