Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently design scalable IT infrastructure and provide oversight and priority for system changes, automating service delivery and maintenance tasks.
  • •Resolve highly complex production issues and lead end-to-end troubleshooting across multiple systems.
  • •Lead analysis of system failures to identify cross-system opportunities and recommend solutions to business leaders.
  • •Develop software-defined infrastructure in code using CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Mentor engineers and coach them on design, development, and maintenance of systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of infrastructure experience, including 2 years supporting complex deployments in a Systems Operations environment (or applicable IT experience such as IT Management, Software Development, Data Engineering, or Agile Product/Release Management).
  • •4 years of experience creating, modifying, and maintaining infrastructure and individual system components.
  • •Advanced business acumen across business operations, risk management, industry practices, and emerging trends.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing scalable IT infrastructures and automating service delivery/maintenance, plus cloud technologies experience.
