Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to technical development and delivery of power systems studies and analysis, including static, dynamic, harmonic analysis/power quality, transient overvoltage/insulation coordination, control interaction, earthing, and protection/arc flash studies.
  • •Provide technical and project management leadership to support successful delivery of consulting work.
  • •Manage and resourcing of the power systems team and ensure technical quality of delivery for projects, reports, and proposals.
  • •Build and maintain key client relationships to position power systems services and secure future business; integrate services/skill sets through multi-disciplinary working.
  • •Lead development and delivery of project proposals, drive efficiency improvements (including new scripts on power systems software packages), and support growth of the GCC UK Energy Advisory vertical.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialisation.
  • •Extensive experience in power systems consulting.
  • •Proven track record in leading teams, resourcing, and motivating people to achieve goals.
  • •Strong market knowledge of the UK Power Industry with proven client relationship(s) with UK clients.
  • •Desire and ability to drive growth in power systems while delivering client work to externally driven deadlines with a focus on quality.
