•Participate in reviewing and improving operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
•Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and products/services for the assigned area(s).
•Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
•Good organizational, managerial, and project management skills with strong customer relations.
