Job Summary

Partner with the APAC Sales team as a business partner on Regional Sales Operations, helping scale revenue across self-service and assisted sales motions. Operate out of the Singapore hub in a hybrid setup while leveraging AI to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis. Own dashboards and data-quality standards, lead MBR/QBR reviews, support forecasting meetings with trends and risks, and recommend org design, quota, and headcount decisions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Leverage AI tools to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis for leadership.
•Champion AI adoption within the regional Sales team through best practices, workflows, and enablement.
•Manage regional operating activities including quota/crediting decisions, escalations, and actionable insights for Sales and Finance.
•Support forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities to Sales Leadership.
•Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews and own performance dashboards, reports, and data-quality standards to keep sales systems clean and trusted.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of sales operations experience in a fast-growing environment with deep SaaS knowledge.
•Proven ability to use AI to improve the speed, accuracy, and scale of sales ops work.
•Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions with strong cross-cultural and cross-timezone collaboration.
•Strong analytical/technical skills, including proven expertise in Salesforce, BI tools, and building sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and exec presentations.
•Collaborative style and excellent communication skills to translate analysis into clear insights for senior leadership.
