Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud projects for enterprise customers, emphasizing customer service excellence and agent productivity.
•Implement Service Cloud features including Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, case management, email-to-case, knowledge management, and SLA/entitlement/escalation processes.
•Develop and configure AI-driven support automation using Agentforce and Einstein Bots, including bot workflows, dialog management, and bot-to-agent handoff.
•Build custom Salesforce functionality and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, and Platform Events.
•Manage deployment lifecycle and data migrations using Copado and Change Sets, including data migration and cleansing with Apex Data Loader and ETL tools.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of work experience delivering Salesforce Projects, with deep expertise in Service Cloud implementations for enterprise clients.
•Hands-on Service Cloud knowledge including Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, CTI, Case Management, Email-to-Case, Knowledge Management, and Einstein Bots/Agentforce conversational bots.
•Experience building and deploying custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
•Proficiency with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, CTI connectors, middleware tools, and Platform Events.
•Experience managing deployment and data tasks using Copado and Change Sets, plus data migration/cleansing using Apex Data Loader and ETL tools.
