Job Summary

Lead the Events & Screenings team across APAC, setting creative and operational vision for large-scale campaigns that bring Netflix titles, talent, and brand to life. Ensure events are ambitiously creative, strategically aligned, and flawlessly executed with consistent quality across a diverse regional calendar. Manage and develop a team of 20+ leaders, collaborate across Marketing, Awards, Communications, and Content, and drive continuous improvements through new ideas and rigorous execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead events at scale to ensure campaigns are creatively ambitious, strategically sharp, and flawlessly executed while being appropriately scoped.
•Drive consistency and quality across a large and diverse events calendar, balancing experimentation, risk, and innovation.
•Partner with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to ensure the events team’s impact meets evolving business needs.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team of leaders and a team of 20+ while setting clear direction without micromanaging.
•Serve as a key member of the APAC marketing leadership team, partnering with Marketing, Awards, Communications, and Content to shape broader marketing culture and priorities.

Key Requirements

•Experienced leader with a deep, proven track record, ideally in entertainment, media, or culture-led brands.
•Comfortable ideating standout event concepts while running complex operations at scale.
•Ability to motivate large teams, recruit top talent, and develop future leaders while leveraging resources for maximum impact.
•Strong communication skills to discern what is (and isn’t) required to deliver successful campaigns.
•Effective communication in English; an additional Asian language is a plus.
