Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive planning, monitoring, and control of day-to-day team activities to ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and prevent duplicate payments.
  • •Identify and implement process and system improvements (controls and automation) to reduce errors and excess/duplicate billings.
  • •Support Accounts Payable initiatives by standardising procedures, improving efficiency, and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • •Perform Accounts Payable-to-GL nominal analysis and reconcile centralized station/LOB accounting books, resolving discrepancies during monthly and quarterly hard-close reviews.
  • •Lead, motivate, and develop the team through training, on-the-job guidance, and succession planning while ensuring KPIs are met cost-effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to identify and lead process improvements.
