Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Japan regional Sales team to identify customer business challenges and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
  • •Lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, and PoC design and delivery to support PoC-to-production conversion.
  • •Design and implement hands-on end-to-end AI system architectures, including model orchestration, knowledge base construction, vector database integration, and API/system integration.
  • •Evaluate and optimize production performance across accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability, including prompt structures, inference workflows, and caching strategies.
  • •Act as technical lead in customer engagements, collaborate on deal closure and contract execution, support account expansion, and provide product/engineering feedback plus Japan market localization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in AI solutions or technical consulting roles, including at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience delivering enterprise-level customer projects and converting PoCs into scalable commercial deployments.
  • •Strong software engineering capability to build and integrate production-grade applications.
  • •Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, agent systems, or multimodal models, plus cloud deployment experience (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or major public clouds).
