Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with and build relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • •Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying tasks such as cost estimates, procurement/tender processes, contract administration, variations, and final settlement.
  • •Create cost estimates and cost planning deliverables, including developing and presenting the definitive cost plan.
  • •Lead tender and procurement processes, including managing pre-qualification, preparing tender lists, assembling preliminaries, running tender analyses, producing tender reports, and assembling contract documents.
  • •Provide high-quality cost estimates, validations, and cost analyses for complex projects.

Key Requirements

  • •HBO or WO background in engineering, business administration, project management, econometrics, technical business studies, or a comparable field.
  • •Deep expertise in SSK methodology for cost estimating and guidelines.
  • •Experience with UAVgc contracts, RAW and open-book contracts in cost management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Dutch cost standards, benchmarks, and market prices.
  • •Benchmarking skills to perform cost comparisons, market analyses, and cost data evaluation.
