Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage medium-complexity and multinational projects during pursuit and execution phases.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams across operations, quality, sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, planning, order entry, and intercompany stakeholders.
  • •Review project scope, technical specifications, commercial terms, legal requirements, and customer expectations; lead discussions for change management and contract execution.
  • •Develop and maintain project execution plans (schedules, milestones, procurement, resources, risks, and financial objectives) and monitor progress through regular reviews.
  • •Facilitate project meetings and drive customer approvals, inspections, documentation submissions, and milestone commitments while supporting operational teams and international manufacturing locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in industrial valve, automation, or process industry environments (including engineered valve solutions/valves).
  • •Experience in project management, application engineering, inside sales, order execution, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • •Knowledge of isolation valves, automated valves, or related valve products.
  • •Understanding of customer requirements in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refining, Power, Mining, or Process Industries.
