Key Responsibilities

  • •Own top-of-funnel developer growth strategy and execution (launches, content, SEO/GEO, docs-as-distribution, newsletter, and community-led loops).
  • •Run creator/UGC pipeline end to end across X, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
  • •Own hackathon and event programming, including sponsorships, sample apps/starter kits, judging, and follow-up sequences.
  • •Manage paid acquisition budgets across X, Reddit, Meta, Google, and developer newsletters/podcasts, including CAC attribution and defense.
  • •Own the developer support experience and triage loop, escalating to engineering and turning recurring pain into docs or product fixes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High agency and ability to ship work independently.
  • •Run developer growth previously, moving real metrics like signups, activation, or revenue.
  • •Strong writing for launch posts, docs, threads, ad copy, and support macros.
  • •Technical enough to build with the platform API and debug developer stack traces using TypeScript, Python, and Next.js.
  • •Comfortable using LLMs as tooling for content generation, agent evals, support triage, and scraping pipelines.
