Job Summary

Lead and manage complex, multi-million-dollar programs for the Member Value team, overseeing roadmaps, scope, schedules, budgets, and execution across a portfolio. Mentor and direct program/project management teams, consult executives, and drive improvements through governance rigor and change management adoption. Identify and control risks, align program execution with corporate line-of-business strategies, and ensure successful outcomes through EPMO processes and standards.

•Develop and integrate multiple business programs and associated work efforts to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
•Manage program roadmaps, including multi-million-dollar complex strategic programs, and oversee program scope, schedule, and budget.
•Facilitate sequencing, prioritization, and scheduling; participate in work effort closure to realize benefits and impacts via retrospective management.
•Mentor and lead program and project management teams through recruiting, development, retention, coaching, performance management, and managerial activities.
•Drive adoption and sustainment of organizational changes in compliance with USAA Change Management methodology and adhere to EPMO governance standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•8 years of project and/or program management experience, including defining new programs and managing large-scale projects.
•3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
•Demonstrated experience using Waterfall or Agile methodologies to execute program strategies and deliver complex work efforts.
•Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures, plus comprehensive knowledge of program management methodology and techniques.
