  • •Profitably grow the Retirement business locally by overseeing client retention and growth.
  • •Lead acquisition of new clients and local go-to-market activities, deploying a retirement market plan (solutions, initiatives, targeting).
  • •Oversee office operations, including general operations, financial management, and quality of service and professional excellence.
  • •Manage and develop colleagues, including career development, staffing clients and prospects, talent acquisition, and colleague engagement.
  • •Ensure compliance with Aon, Wealth, and Retirement policies and serve as executive sponsor and/or strategic lead for clients and prospects.
