Job Summary

Lead the Core Retirement local office and drive profitable growth across the Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD market. Oversee client retention and new client acquisition, go-to-market planning, and increase visibility for Aon’s Wealth and Retirement practice. Manage office operations and financial performance, lead and develop colleagues, ensure compliance with firm policies, and serve as executive sponsor and strategic lead for key clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

•Profitably grow the Retirement business locally by overseeing client retention and growth.
•Lead acquisition of new clients and local go-to-market activities, deploying a retirement market plan (solutions, initiatives, targeting).
•Oversee office operations, including general operations, financial management, and quality of service and professional excellence.
•Manage and develop colleagues, including career development, staffing clients and prospects, talent acquisition, and colleague engagement.
•Ensure compliance with Aon, Wealth, and Retirement policies and serve as executive sponsor and/or strategic lead for clients and prospects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12-15 years of Retirement or Pension experience.
•ASA or FSA credentials.
